How Long Are Vouchers Valid For?

Most of our vouchers are valid for a period of 10 months. ActivityPassport vouchers are valid for 12 months. This can be extended for a small handling fee as long as the vouchers are still in date.

How Do I Redeem My Gift Vouchers?

In order to redeem a voucher simply take a look at our packages, decide on a package and the date you would like to visit us and then either call our Customer Services Team on 0844 745 5007 or your voucher online using our redemption form.

No, our Quad Nation Vouchers have the additional benefit of being open ended for a 10 month period, so, the recipient can choose a time and date that best suits them.

Terms and Conditions - Activity Passport, Experiences and Standard Vouchers

The Activity People Ltd is the Company behind this successful brand. The Company issues Activity Passport, Experiences and Standard Vouchers to its customers via its website, or over the telephone. The Activity People Ltd have the biggest activity network in the the UK.

1. Prices & Payments

The prices of specific Experiences are held for the 12 months validity. Passports and Standard Vouchers are non-specific and are redeemed at face value against the retail price at the time of redemption. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment by cheque - made payable to: The Activity People Ltd. Post to: The Activity People Ltd, ActivityHq, Raglan House, Raglan Street, Harrogate, HG1 1LE, United Kingdom. Please state (1) what you wish to purchase - a Passport, Specific Experience or Standard Voucher; (2)How much you wish to spend; (3) Your name and address; (4) Your telephone number and email address.

2. Validity

Our Passports and Experiences are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (Christmas Passports and Experiences are always valid from 25th December for 12 months).Standard Vouchers are valid for 10 months from date of issue (Christmas Standard Vouchers are always valid for 10months from 25th December).

3. Extending the Validity Period

A Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher will be deemed to be invalid and will not be eligible for redemption if it is out of date (the validity date is clearly stated). Extension are available, providing they are still valid when contact is made with The Activity People Ltd. If the customer or recipient is unable to use the Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher before the expiry date, then they can extend the validity date by calling 0844 745 5007 and speaking to one of our sales representatives. There is a small admin charge of £6.99 for a one month extension. Extensions can only be made 3 times for any one Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher. We do not issue a new Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher for extensions. If this is requested, further costs will be incurred. Free gifts or promotional products are not eligible for extensions.

4. Booking

Booking is subject to availability and must be made through The Activity People Ltd only and not at the activity venues. We will happily redeem your Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher against any package featured on our site up to its full value, regardless of any specific experience named. Additional participants can take part, but they will be charged at the retail price as detailed on our website at the time of booking. Once a booking is made, booking terms and conditions then apply as detailed on our main website www.theactivitypeople.co.uk

5. Activity Restrictions

All activities have restrictions of some sort, they can relate to age, height, health, and weight. These are in the best interests of participants. Visit www.theactivitypeople.co.uk and check out your preferred activity and any restrictions that are in place. If you still have any concerns, give us a call.

6.Despatch & Delivery

All Passports, Experiences and Vouchers will be despatched in accordance with your chosen delivery selection. We cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed, and we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen Passports, Experiences or Standard Vouchers. Please keep them in a safe place and protect them as you would cash. Duplicates can be issued, but this will incur an admin charge and any additional postage costs. Stated postage is for up to 3 Standard Vouchers per envelope posted to the same address. Each address is treated as a separate delivery and will incur a separate postage charge. Gift wrapping incurs an individual cost per Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher for the wrapping and postage.

7. Refunds

You have the right to return your unused Passport, Standard Voucher, or Experience within 7 days of our despatch date for a full refund. All refunds made after 7 days and within 28 days of receipt will incur a £20 or 20% administration charge (whichever is greater). All refunds will be made to the person made the purchase and the monies will be refunded directly to that credit / debit card. All refunds are processed at month-end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchaser's account. To request a refund you must return your Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher by recorded delivery to: The Activity People Ltd, ActivityHq, Raglan House, Raglan Street, Harrogate, HG1 1LE, United Kingdom, together with a covering letter detailing the reason for your refund request. Free gifts or promotional products are not eligible for refunds.

8. Activity Pictures and Descriptions

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures used are a true representation of the activities offered, these do not form part of the contract. Pictures used are always representative of the activity and not venue specific.

9. Cash / Credit Value

Our Passports and Standard Vouchers do not have any cash or credit value other than as payment or part-payment towards an activity as detailed on our websites. Should the value of you Passport, Experience or Standard Voucher exceed that of the activity chosen, no cash refund or credit is given against the balance. Should they be insufficient to cover an activity because of a price increase, or change of activity choice, the bearer will be expected to pay any outstanding balance before the booking can be made.

10. Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards

This company complies with regulations and guidelines as laid down by the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards for the service we offer. We welcome any inspection of our processes in this regard.

11. Data Protection

This Company complies with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and is registered. All purchases and bookings will be subject to these same terms and conditions without exception. 14. Severability

All of the provisions, clauses and paragraphs in these Terms and Conditions should be read and construed independently of each other. 15. Statutory

Your statutory rights are not affected.

16. Jurisdiction

About Us

You will enjoy high octane action on 150cc auto quad bikes, for adults, and 50cc Quadbikes, for juniors, on our superbly designed open woodland trekking circuits that will test you to the limit. 3 bikers will blaze round the course at any one time, whilst the remaining group members can watch all the action from an excellent viewing area.

We have on-site parking, refreshments, toilets, an excellent viewing area and much more to make for an unforgettable day of mud-churning exhilaration. A team of expert marshals provide instruction and safety supervision. Helmets, gloves and coveralls are provided to every rider but sturdy footwear is recommended.

Q How do I pay?
A Some circuits require full payment on booking whereas some will take a deposit call us on 0844 745 5007 to find out what is required at your preferred circuit. Payment can be made with, cheque or credit / debit card.
Q How can i organise a group booking?
A Simply get a group of drivers and call us on , or use the Contact form on this website. The circuit will require a deposit. We recommend, where each driver in the group will be paying for him/herself, that a small deposit of say £15 be collected from each person by the organiser and retained by him/her, this avoids people pulling out of the group at a late stage. We ask for an approximate number of drivers taking part when booking, you can add drivers to the booking up to the maximum number at any time.
Q Is there any discount on group bookings?
A Discount is usually available to groups of 30 or more
Q How can I organise a group booking?
A Our quotes are interactive – so you can invite your group members through the quote and then they can book and pay separately as and when they are ready. They can also view all the details of the quote – saves the organiser a lot of work. You can add to your group up to the maximum at any time up to 14 days before the event date.

A Yes, most have a shop with soft drinks, crisps and chocolate bars. On request most will provide additional catering. Check the site you are interested in on this site – full details are on their listing.

Q Are there any age restrictions?
A Typically you will need to be a minimum age of 18 to ride the quads but this can vary from venue to venue. Speak to our Sales Consultants on 0844 745 5007 to find the minimum age requirements at the venue you are interested in.

Q How much time do we get on the quads?
A This will depend on which of our packages you opt for but events can range from an hour to a full day of quad biking!
Q What should I wear?
A You should wear loose fitting comfortable clothing and trainers are the best type of shoe for this activity. You should also wear old clothes that you don't mind getting dirty especially if the weather is wet.
Q What safety equipment is provided?
A Our venues will provide all the safety equipment that you require prior to getting onto the quads. You will also receive a full safety briefing on how to handle the machines.
Q What type of quad will I be riding?
A Again, this varies from venue to venue and is dependent on which package you choose. You will, however, be riding a top of the range quad regardless of which venue you choose.

Our fantastic venue is situated in glorious Yorkshire countryside on the outskirts of Harrogate which means that we can be easily reached from Leeds, Sheffield, York, Newcastle, Hull and also those travelling to us from further afield. The site itself can be found on the A59 just off the A1(M) at Junction 47, so, finding us is no problem at all.
